Pocket doors separate the sizeable bedroom from the large family room, which has a comfortable Queen-size sofabed and a dining area facing a picture window. There is a new fully-appointed modern kitchen and lovely tiled bathroom.
The 2nd floor bedroom, accessible via a spiral staircase exits onto a 200 sq. ft. deck with a panoramic view of the former orchard and the rolling hills of the grounds. This floor has its own half bath and can also be accessed via the outside stairway up to the deck.
